From the moment you inquire to the moment you’re flipping through your heirloom album, I’m with you every step of the way—making the photography process simple, joyful, and authentic.
Step One: Meet & Greet
Every couple starts their journey with me over a Google Meet. This virtual face-to-face is a chance for us to connect and see if we’re a great fit! You can ask as many questions as you’d like, and I get to learn more about your love story. I want you to feel 100% confident and excited moving forward.
Step Two: Engagement Session
All of my collections include a complimentary engagement session—it’s one of my favorite parts! I’ll send over a questionnaire to help plan your session and learn more about your vision, your style, and the things that matter most to you. During your session, you’ll get comfortable in front of the camera and experience how I capture real, candid moments. This way, by the time your wedding day arrives, you're ready to shine without giving posing a second thought.
Step Three: Final Planning Meeting
About a month before your wedding, I’ll send you a Wedding Day Questionnaire to gather all the final details. Then we’ll hop on a call to walk through your timeline and ensure everything runs smoothly. It’s all about setting you up for a stress-free, joy-filled d
Step Four: It’s Wedding Day!
It’s here—the day you’ve been dreaming about! You and your crew can relax and soak up every moment while I take care of capturing it all. From emotional candids to those timeless portraits, Images By Geneva will document the day with care, creativity, and lots of love.
Step Five: Gallery Delivery
Within 4 to 6 weeks after your wedding, you’ll receive your beautifully edited images in an easy-to-use online gallery. Get ready to relive every laugh, tear, and joyful detail all over again.
Step Six: Heirloom Album
If you’ve chosen to add an heirloom album, you’ll select your favorite 50 images—and I’ll take it from there. Want to include more? You can always add pages to create a keepsake that truly tells your full wedding story.
